NOTE

  • Clients can be at home or away during cleaning. If not at home, clients must provide secure access (key, lockbox, or smart lock code). Cleaners always lock doors upon leaving.

  • Floors and counters must be visible and accessible before cleaning.

  • Decluttering and deep cleaning are NOT included in the standard package. We can move a few small items to clean underneath, but if larger surfaces are covered, we will clean around them.

  • Decluttering is available at an hourly rate. (Contact us for pricing details.)


  • Cleaning will be scheduled in December or January, depending on availability.


* Safety & Height Limitations
To protect our cleaners and comply with safety standards, we cannot clean areas that require climbing beyond a small 2–3-step ladder or reaching surfaces higher than approximately 10 feet.
This includes:
    • Ceiling fans or light fixtures higher than 10 ft
    • High windows above 10 ft (including exterior windows on the 2nd story or higher)
    • Very tall ceilings or architectural features requiring tall ladders
We will always do our best to reach safe, accessible areas, but any task requiring high ladders, special equipment, or unsafe balancing is not included.
