Our Specialized Cleaning Services for Airbnb
At Blue Summit Cleaning, we offer two types of professional cleaning services for Airbnb owners: Turnover Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. Each service is designed to keep your property clean, guest-ready, and well-maintained.
• Turnover cleaning is the routine cleaning done between guest check-outs and check-ins. The goal is to reset the property quickly so your next guest arrives to a fresh, welcoming space.
• Deep cleaning is a more detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to refresh your property and maintain its long-term condition. Recommended every 3–6 months or anytime the property needs a full reset.

Turnover Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning: Includes all Turnover Cleaning tasks, plus additional detailed cleaning for a complete guest-ready reset.

* Safety & Height Limitations
To protect our cleaners and comply with safety standards, we cannot clean areas that require climbing beyond a small 2–3-step ladder or reaching surfaces higher than approximately 10 feet.
This includes:
- Ceiling fans or light fixtures higher than 10 ft
- High windows above 10 ft (including exterior windows on the 2nd story or higher)
- Very tall ceilings or architectural features requiring tall ladders
We will always do our best to reach safe, accessible areas, but any task requiring high ladders, special equipment, or unsafe balancing is not included.
