Our Specialized Cleaning Services for Mid-Term Rentals

At Blue Summit Cleaning, we provide two specialized services for mid-term rental owners: Move-Out Turnover Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning.
  • Move-Out Turnover Cleaning:
    A deep cleaning done after a guest moves out to reset the home to fresh, guest-ready condition for the next stay.
  • Maintenance Cleaning:
    A light, routine cleaning done during a guest’s stay to keep the home tidy, sanitary, and well-maintained.

Move-Out Turnover vs. Maintenance Cleaning

Move-Out Turnover Cleaning: Includes all Maintenance Cleaning tasks, plus additional detailed cleaning and staging for a complete guest-ready reset.

* Safety & Height Limitations
To protect our cleaners and comply with safety standards, we cannot clean areas that require climbing beyond a small 2–3-step ladder or reaching surfaces higher than approximately 10 feet.
This includes:
    • Ceiling fans or light fixtures higher than 10 ft
    • High windows above 10 ft (including exterior windows on the 2nd story or higher)
    • Very tall ceilings or architectural features requiring tall ladders
We will always do our best to reach safe, accessible areas, but any task requiring high ladders, special equipment, or unsafe balancing is not included.
